I took Jenny and David around Guatemala ... in front of the cathedral, behind us, in the main square, they installed an open-air ice skating ring.  Guatemalan kids are not good skaters, but they love to skate!  Click for an even larger image.

... before Sasha left Antigua for Germany, after Christmas, we went to see "Madama Butterfly" on a giant screen at Peter Meyer's home.  On arrival, the snow was falling and a fire was crackling in the corner.  Click for a larger image.
