Samosa is a popular snack in Southeast Asia, a fried or baked triangular pastry with a filling which may include spiced potatoes, onion, peas, coriander, and lentils, or ground beef. This time, we are having one vegetarian samosa.

Murgh Zoroaster is of Persian origin.  It is a free range chicken cooked in yogurt and saffron, a favorite for those that enjoy mild Indian cuisine.

Aubergine Bharta is a roasted aubergine (eggplant) peeled  and mixed with fresh mint yogurt and spices.

Chapati or Chapatti or Chapathi is an unleavened flatbread (also known as roti) from the Indian subcontinent.  Versions of it are found in Turkmenistan and in East African countries Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
