Karahi:  Chicken, or any other “karahi” is a stir-fry, spicy blend of spices and chicken, or other meats or vegetables, with coriander.

A karahi ( pronounced "ka-rai") is a type of thick, circular, and deep vessel (similar in shape to a wok) used in Indian cooking. I t is useful for shallow or deep frying of meat, potatoes, sweets, and snacks such as samosa and fish, and for simmering of stews (which may also be called "karahi").

Kachumber salad … cucumber, tomatoes, onion, coriander, cumin, vinegar, salt, lime, pepper.

Kulfi:  a popular flavored frozen dessert made with milk found in South Asia. It is a kind of ice cream that comes in various flavors, however, ours is the traditional, delicious kulfi flavored only with Rose Water.  Unlike western ice creams, kulfi is not whipped; it is a solid, dense frozen dessert. Therefore, kulfi is a different kind of an ice cream.
