Thai Satay, a pork broche marinated with peanut sauce, is popular both in food stands and street markets, where you can buy just one stick of satay, or as many as you can eat, as well as in fancy restaurants in Thailand, Malaysia and South East Asia.

Spring Rolls
, made with rice paper, vegetables and a dipping sauce, are a favorite Thai appetizer.

Yellow Curry is authentic Thai food at its best and is one of the three main kinds of Thai curry served in western restaurants. It usually refers to the Thai-Muslim dish kaeng kari and is made with coconut milk, spices and vegetables only, or with pork, chicken, duck or tofu, and is served with rice.
